The service
StudyWith provides AI-assisted explanation, practice, active recall and revision planning for education. It is a study aid, not a teacher, examiner or guarantee of any grade.
Academic integrity
You must not use StudyWith to produce coursework, projects, CBAs, exam submissions or other assessed work presented as your own. Follow your school, teacher and examination-body rules. Access may be restricted where the service is deliberately misused.
Plans and payments
The AI Study Toolkit is a one-time purchase for permanent access to its workflow library plus the fixed AI-credit quantity shown at checkout. StudyWith Pro is recurring and continues until cancelled. Subscription management is available from Settings. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
AI limitations
AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Check important facts against class materials, official curriculum sources and your teacher's instructions. Do not rely on StudyWith for medical, legal, safety-critical or emergency advice.
Fair use
Pro access is intended for ordinary individual study. Automated extraction, account sharing, attacks, bulk generation or use that materially disrupts the service is prohibited. A generous daily safeguard may temporarily pause unusually high automated use.
